Ed’s verdict
I'm very, very happy with the Tokyo Marui P320 — it's really well built, the grip feels great, and it's super snappy and fun to shoot. The trigger has a light take-up with a really nice snap on the reset. I wish it had an optic cut and came in FDE, and the safety sits annoyingly close to the slide release. At $199 including a magazine, I think it's pretty good value. Once I get extended mags and an aftermarket slide with an optic cut, I think I'm going to love it.

Problems he hit
Slight magazine wobble in the TM P320 ('a little bit of movement in that mag') · 19:17
VFC P320 (comparison gun, not the TM) is intermittent: sometimes flawless, sometimes 'just won't work' · 01:45
T238 speed loader's first adapters would not load the TM magazine; a different adapter was needed · 17:34
Out of the box
199Price quoted
No chrono or accuracy testing done. $199 included one magazine; ~$30 US tariff; spare mag ~$30. All-polymer 'hard plastic' build, black only, no optic cut, no internal barrel thread, glued-on orange tip (removed easily). Designed for HFC134A; Ed used 110 PSI gas. Box includes unjamming rod, barrel plug, BBs, dry-fire catches.
Caveats
- Unboxing/first-impressions only; no chrono, accuracy, or sustained reliability testing
- Magazine capacity never stated; Ed only guessed 17-20 while loading
- Reliability complaints quoted are about the VFC P320, not the Tokyo Marui
- $199 price excludes ~$30 US import tariff; spare mags ~$30 and not sold separately on the site
- Ed ran 110 PSI gas though the pistol is designed for lower-power HFC134A
