Ed’s verdict

I loved the MP5 SD6 NGRS so much after my first one that I bought it again. The build quality is amazing, it feels so solid with no movement, and it gives me gas-blowback-style recoil and reloads with the consistency of an AEG and none of the cold-weather gas issues. The three-round burst sets it apart from other SMG replicas, and the low out-of-the-box FPS is actually an advantage for CQB sites like Battle Lab. It's not perfect: the battery space isn't ideal, it's still on small Tamiya, and WGC super-glued the orange tip on so I had to Dremel it off. At $543 it's expensive and hard to find, but I'm keeping it stock as my indoor CQB gun.

No chrono done. Ed says it fires 'pretty low FPS' stock, which he sees as an advantage for CQB sites like Battle Lab. Runs on 7.4V LiPo, has MOSFET, semi/3-round-burst/full-auto, and stops firing when the mag is empty until re-charged.
