I'm very, very impressed with the Salvo Precision Rattler RSAR out of the box. It's incredibly sturdy with no movement between the upper and lower, and I love that it's an MWS system with a stainless steel bolt and an NPAS. In my quick test fire it was insanely snappy and responsive, fed every single round perfectly and hit the exact same spot on the target. The lack of SIG trades is a little disappointing, and I haven't done a proper chrono yet. At $474, I think this is a very, very good option if you're looking for an AR platform in the US right now.
